1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (metro & major cities)

• Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 10 business days
  Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather, public holidays, and courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹499.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service charge (visible during checkout).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delays or Issues
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Undelivered Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or has missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing video (if available). We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International orders are not supported at the moment.
