1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

• You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that are worn, washed, or altered.

• Accessories like earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

• Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@niskufashion.com with your order ID, issue description, and product photos/video.

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address for self-shipping.

• Returned product must reach us within 7 working days of approval.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• COD orders will be refunded via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

• First, check your bank account.

• Then contact your bank/payment gateway.
